Goal Setting
Together, the coach and educator set clear, actionable goals for growth and improvement.

Coaching & Feeback
Coaches act as thought partners, listening and asking reflective questions to unlock the teacher’s potential. Coaches may provide teaching resources, model instructional strategies, and guide lesson planning.

School Leader
Check-Ins
Coaches will check in with the school leader to track progress and reflect upon teacher progress and student outcomes.

Final Debrief
Coaches and school leaders will have a final debrief and plan subsequent steps. The school leader will be provided with a final report.
